never pass a pisser, never trust a fart, never waste a stiffy.
An awesome bike trip via all mountain ranges to and from Croatia
Sootys tent when lit up.
I had a bad night with panic attacks from 3am to 5am. Not nice. Ended up walking around the campsite a few times.
The night sky was amazing as thee is very little light pollution here. Not seen that for quite a while.
Not so hard ride today across the French countryside. A little flat at times and this is our 2nd day of 3 riding across France. Big country.
Weather has been good to us though.
It’s getting harder to find campsites and the new rule is ring ahead no matter what Google or Archie’s says. We arrived at one today to be told by the owner they had shut their season early. Brilliant. Didn’t bother to change their advertised closing dates though!
But found a fab little site in the middle of town. Opposite a Lidl’s.
So it’s potatoes again along with shedded cow. Oh the joys.
Loire Valley for our first night. Balloons are up. Surprising really as it’s a little breezy. We did notice they all seemed to return to earth quickly. Hope they are ok. Ooooer.
Alas Mick is there this year. Decided to scarper to Corfu instead. In a hotel of all things.
Now we know why. We are a pan missing! He must have stole it last year. Mmm.
Hard day today but done now and really just wanna sleep! But cooking we shall do..
The colours of the Spinnaker representing the day of Her Majesty’s funeral. Good Save the King. God Bless the Queen. On behalf of the TourBlog – we thank you Ma’am.
Finaly it’s arrived and it’s leaving day. Ferry cross to Pompy and catch the Caen overnight from there.
Difficult leaving the lovely Island and my magical Wife. Being together all the time makes leaving harder. But hey, Croatia beckons. Let’s rock next roll.
